Trisha Sebastian in Chocolate de Batirol

Choco-Late’ de Batirol

Cacao Taken at Chocolate de Batirol
If you are in Baguio, you definitely should not miss on having your cup of  “Chocolate de Batirol. A Baguio trip is not complete without it. I am not even a chocolate person but they serve the best hot chocolate. They also serve Suman and uraro which goes well with the chocolate drink.
It has the perfect ambiance to make you feel relax and a hospitable owner who is nice enough to show you how to make the Choco-Late’ de Batirol.  The Batirol is actually the clay ewer where the chocolate is cooked. It goes with a wooden whisk used to stir the drink by rolling.
